Spectromatch Lite

Spectromatch Lite utilizes a colorimeter to measure the patient’s skin colour. Our innovative approach enables this simpler device to be used with our colorant formulation and recipe prediction engine, something not usually considered possible.

Spectromatch has researched and developed its own instrument profiling and spectral reconstruction algorithms. These are used to extrapolate the full spectral curve for the measurement and after processing produces data as if taken using a spectrophotometer.

The reconstruction of the full spectral data means we can accurately describe the patient’s skin colour and formulate pigment recipes that eliminate metamerism. Prostheses made using Spectromatch Lite will match patient’s skin colour in all lighting conditions to all observers.

Spectromatch Lite is a “single measure and mix” system. The lower price of the colorimeter, no requirement for a precision mould tool and reduced system functionality make Spectromatch Lite the cost effective skin matching solution for user’s with budget restrictions.
